I still don’t know if a “blogging party”suits me–maybe I will be more enthusiastic after completing this class.

  1. I have been and always will be shocked on how someone can be against abortion and yet at the same time be for the death penality. At least the catholic church is against both. However, I don’t see the Catholic church in Omaha taking a strong stand against the death penality when it comes to a vote in Lincoln.

I do agree that one must consider your audience, but does that mean changing your stand on a topic or changing your point of view on some very heated topics? Maybe that is a reason why we have so few leaders in the political and religious area today.

Paraphrasing the late Robert F. Kennedy, “Moral courage is a very rare commidity into socity today.”
